Healing a broken heart isn’t easy. Sometimes it takes a lifetime…or two. Café de Flore features lovers separated by time and place but connected in profound and mysterious ways. The film chronicles the parallel fates of Jacqueline, a young mother with a disabled son in the 1960s Paris, and Antoine, a recently divorced, successful DJ in present-day Montreal. What binds the two stories is love – euphoric, obsessive, tragic, youthful, timeless love. Directed by Jean-marc Vallee, French with subtitles. 120 mins. 2011-NR

Passes get you into all six film screenings and give you access to exclusive “Merchants Square Movie + Specials” at participating restaurants including: The Blue Talon Bistro, Berrett’s Seafood, The Trellis, Aroma’s and The Fat Canary and more. Theatre and restaurants not responsible for lost passes.
