Located between Richmond and Williamsburg, VA, Historic Jasmine Plantation is a beautiful bed and breakfast that features seven comfortable suites and enchanting gardens around the property. It is ideal for getaways, corporate events, and more!
Stay at the Historic Jasmine Plantation
Built in 1750, the Historic Jasmine Plantation was originally a Manor house for the owner George Morris. It was used as a headquarters for General Washington’s Revolutionary Army back in 1781, and since then, the property has changed hands and been transformed into a one-of-a-kind bed and breakfast in Providence Forge, VA.
Today, the 40-acre plantation and Manor house are available for guests to book, whether you’re interested in a romantic getaway for two or even a tea party for family and friends. The bed and breakfast features seven suites with private bathrooms, a vintage Tavern Room, an elegant Magnolia Event Room (for up to 50 guests), and more. The 6,000-square-foot house has 16 rooms in total, and while each guest room is unique, some of the amenities include:
- Comfortable beds
- Working fireplace
- Sitting area
- Sofa and chairs
- TV with cable
- Hair dryer, iron, ironing board, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion
- And more
Breakfast the following morning is included with your stay at the Historic Jasmine Plantation.
From Getaways to Corporate Events
The Historic Jasmine Plantation offers the perfect backdrop and location for all kinds of occasions, such as private getaways, corporate retreats, family reunions, weddings, birthdays, and more special events.
In particular, the Magnolia Event Room is a popular choice for small meetings, seminars, and networking meetings too. You can reserve the entire property for your corporate retreat and stay overnight for extended planning sessions and team building activities. There is an amazing golf course right across the street, and the property’s staff can assist with meal planning, golf outings, hosting, and AV equipment rental.
