Trellis Restaurant: A New American Dining Experience

Trellis Restaurant has received a completely new look
and entirely new menu!
New owner David Everett, owner of the popular
Williamsburg Blue Talon Bistro purchased this long-time dining establishment
in the fall. He has completed renovations and opened the doors on a whole new
approach to American dining in Williamsburg!

A popular dining spot for nearly 30 years, The Trellis Restaurant received
a complete makeover that completely transformed the space.  Modern, vivid
colors and rustic finishes and textures enhance the garden-like appeal. Lovely
inlaid stone floors create an overall ambiance that is warmly elegant.

With a fresh approach to regional cuisine, chef and owner David Everett includes
the products of  national and regional  culinary artisans in his
menu. Carefully chosen fresh and local meats, herbs, fish and shellfish are
the stuff of which dining memories are made! The restaurant will be hosting
a series of dinners that will highlight American winemakers, farmers, and artisanal
producers from the region and across the country.

One critically important note:  the popular “Death by Chocolate” dessert that was made so popular at the BlueTalon restaurant is once again appearing
at tables here at the Trellis – thank goodness!

Located at 403 W. Duke of Gloucester Street, the Trellis
is open
for lunch from 11:00 am. To 4:00 p.m., and dinner from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
